Shipping

All US and International orders will be mailed within 2-5 business days. US orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2-4 business days from the shipping date. International orders are mailed via USPS International Priority Mail, and the timeframe for delivery will depend on the country. 

We will provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number for all shipped orders. 

Kelem is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Kelem is not responsible for any orders that are lost, damaged or stolen via transit in the mail.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and/or exchanges on all items received in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.  Upon receipt or the returned item(s), Kelem will issue a full refund or send a replacement provided that the returned item is in original condition and is received within 14 days of  receipt by the customer.
